Water Quality Analysis
Chemical, microbial, and heavy metal analysis for drinking water, well water, and process water — plus water activity testing for food safety and shelf stability.

Drinking & Well Water Testing
Chain-of-custody forms for Group A/B well water chemistry, nitrate-only, coliform bacteria, and private well / home sales testing are available on our Submit Sample page.
Water Activity & Moisture Control
Water activity (aw) measures the moisture available for chemical reactions and microbial growth. A value of 0.80 means vapor pressure is 80% of pure water at the same temperature. Testing helps assess microbial risk, shelf stability, and regulatory classification under FDA thresholds.
Microbial Growth Control
Identifies moisture levels that support bacteria, yeast, and mold growth.
Product Stability
Supports consistent quality across a product’s intended shelf life.
Regulatory Classification
Products at aw ≤ 0.85 may fall outside select FDA regulations (21 CFR Parts 108, 113, and 114).
